1) Obtain College Applications (request application on-line, mail, phone)
2) Stay Organized (keep a calendar of deadlines)
3) Request Letter of Recommendation and Transcript from your Counselor
*List all Colleges/Scholarship deadlines on the front cover
*Provide Resume
*Provide Student Recommendation Sheet
*Provide stamped & addressed envelopes
*Include any additional materials (Counselor Form, Secondary School Report)
Make sure your folder is complete when submitting to Daffney and wait for her to stamp your
folder received.
4) Send College Admission Test Scores
5) Obtain Financial Aid Information
6) Finishing Process (check application status, send housing info., mid-year and final-year
reports)
